Refunded a client a $0.99 purchase

Refunded a client a $0.99 purchase today of a demo product after the client received a warning message from Windows Defender that the product was not safe to install, reason being that I am not spending $900 on a Microsoft licence to distribute my software.

Our software products for Windows desktop are however safe to install.

The client gave me a one-star review on TrustPilot which is unfortunate.
